Oakhurst Neighborhood Association in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Tarrant County invites candidates and voters to a nonpartisan
Candidate Meet and Mingle event for the upcoming November 3
rd General Election.
This event is open to the public to educate voters about candidate positions and stimulate voter interest and participation in the election. We appreciate your participation.

Candidates are urged to arrive by 5:45pm to check-in.
- Each candidate on the November ballot will be allowed two to three minutes (depending on number of candidates attending) to introduce themselves, identify the office sought, state stance on important issues and why voters should choose to elect them in November.
- No candidates will be permitted to speak negatively about opposing candidates or political parties.
- No candidate advertising, t-shirts, hats, signs, etc. will be permitted in the venue.
- The event will be conducted in a nonpartisan, unbiased and civil manner.
- Following introductions, the candidates are urged to mingle with the attendees to meet future constituents.
